OUR classes


Group fitness classes focused on general health and wellness through a mix of strength and conditioning. All workouts are tailored to the individual based on their current abilities.

Youth Strength and Conditioning

Youth classes designed to teach balance and movement literacy as members grow. Advancement is based on physical and emotional maturity. Open to ages 8-16 with a greater focus on strength for our teens.


A strength program without conditioning. We focus on the back squat, bench press, and barbell deadlift. Additionally, we use smaller, accessory lifts to correct muscle imbalances that will in turn improve the main lifts.


A strength program focused on the snatch and clean & jerk. We also perform associated accessory movements like squats and pulls. Members may compete in local weightlifting meets if they so choose.

Competitor Training

Advanced CrossFit training for members looking to compete in local CrossFit competitions. Practices run longer than typical CrossFit classes. Athletes must be self-motivated as there is a lot of independent practice.

Personal Training

One-on-one or small group sessions custom tailored to clients based on their individual goals. Our on-ramp, which prepares members for group training, is included in this.
